Refunds and Returns

We hope that you will be satisfied with all purchases you make from us.

Due to the custom nature of our products we can only accept returns due to manufacturing defects.

The conditions are as follows:

  1. Returns must be made and received by us within 30 days of delivery or receipt.
  2. Merchandise must be in original condition.
  3. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  4. Special orders, altered items, engraved items, or items made to order are not refundable nor exchangable. All sales are final.
  5. Determination of use and salability is at our discretion.
  6. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
  7. Do not ship returns C.O.D. We will not accept any C.O.D. shipments. They will be refused and the package returned to you.
